Massive Followers offers digital social media marketing (SMM) services. Because these are digital services that begin processing automatically, refunds are subject to the conditions detailed below.
Funds added to your balance are intended for purchasing services within the platform. Balance loaded into the account is non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise or there is a verifiable billing error.
To request a refund, open a support ticket indicating the order ID, the payment method and the reason for the request. Our team will review the case and respond as soon as possible.
Refund requests are normally reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your balance immediately. If a return to the original payment method is approved, the crediting time will depend on the payment provider (usually between 5 and 10 business days).
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
